My comedy Routine- Have You Ever Noticed?
Hello, this is a little comedy sketch/routine called `Have You Ever Noticed?`that I wrote to get people thinking and I hope you enjoy it. Have you ever noticed that whenever somebody`s lying about something, they repeat the adjective twice? Like when your one of your boys try to set you up on a blind date he`ll say "Man you should see this girl, she`s really really fine." You go on the date, she looks like a sumo wrestler had sex with a whale and had a daugther with a moustache. She has three chins, a thousand rolls so she stay rolling, a gap the size of a driveway and has a voice deeper than James Earl Jones. I don`t even listen to rap anymore because rappers suck these days. Have you ever noticed that record labels don`t sign rappers over talent, they sign rappers because of hype. Like people say, "You should listen to the new guy he`s very very good." I turn on the music and it be like "I got money and swag in the bag I`m hot like pockets. 2 Ringz" Like who told this lame guy he can rap? Have you ever noticed that people throw around the word "love" like it`s nothing? That stupid girl be like "Good night, feel better. I love you baby." Shut up girl, you got another man nibbling on your neck while I`m sneezing. Talking about your car broke down, I know why you didn`t bring me that Nyquil. Have you ever noticed that the people that know the least, try to give you advice. "Dude you should take six classes this semester and get your credit out of the way." Man shut up I`m good with my regular four classes. That`s how I did in middle school, high school, and I`m going to keep it that way. And then you finish the semester with nothing but C`s and D`s. Shut your stupid butt up: I got this. Have you ever noticed that the girl you be chasing have the most drama? Girl, if you come to me one more time about another chick and it`s not about a threesome, I`m going to choke you out. And stop with all that dang crying! I`m not TNT: I don`t love drama. And then after all that, you stay in the friend zone or she stay with her boyfriend. So you`re telling me that all the time I spent with you was worthless? Freak it: I`m going to do a drive-by when you all walking then kill you and him. "But girl I love you. I thought we had something special. I might just known you for a few months but you complete me. I`ll never meet a girl like you." That`s a good thing: I never liked that name anyway and you got the worst hairstyle. I mean the hair you haven`t bought. Have you ever noticed that ugly girls be having the most stank attitudes? Like I`m doing your ugly butt a favor by even talking to you without throwing up. It isn`t my fault genetics chose a bad life for you. This should be the highlight of your hideous life. You should be paying me for each wave and "hey "I send your turd-face way. You got so many pimples on your face: it looks like bubble wrap. That`s the last time I`m doing some charity. That`s just a few things I noticed.
Poetry Titled Just A Figment of Our Imagination
A chorus of harps should play when you come through, I’m feeling something new: the sun shines brightest when I see you But yet I can`t have you as my girl, The mere thought of that brings a storm in my world You`re sweet like honey and is better than money, The pain of it all is kind of funny I feel like a dummy when I think this time I`ll get my way, You’re beautiful like a beach bay and shine like a sun ray. You`re beautiful in just everything-makes the birds sing, You’re a true queen and I want to be your king Maybe I`m sprung and no doubt I am, I just want you to be in my life ma `mm It`s only right and I won`t bite, And I promise I`ll resolve issues when we fight You shine bright just like the sunlight, I need special glasses because you`re out of sight Every time I doubt when the truth want to come out of my mouth, Now I feel better because I got my feelings out. Now let me take you on the route of love, because I have been suffering a drought. I am winner when I am with her, so she’s my trophy. Everybody wants a piece of her gold, but I hold her by the handles. A candle lite dinner with her to some would be considered a scandal, therefore if loving you is wrong then let us love strong. Her poise and beauty belongs in songs, so every can take a note. I am clearing my throat so I can raise my hand to vote for our passion for one another. Brother, brother I am the man for the plan. Walking hand to hand on the beach’s sandy sand makes me feel so grand. Our brand of love could never be scanned and copy catted. My battered heart was fixed by her healing touch. Ops, ops maybe I have said too much. This world is such a nosey person, sticking its nose where it is not welcome. Oh it’s clicking now, that this imagery in my head is tricking me into thinking she was ever mines.
Hospin Album Review
Welcome to the latest #HHSReview! Hip-Hop Society is providing a proper spotlight for aspiring rappers so HHS is now reviewing your albums and mixtapes to give more exposure to your projects. It's my pleasure to be reviewing one of the most classic debut underground albums in the last decade: Raw by Hopsin. If you don't know who Hopsin is, allow me to wake you out of your five-year sleep Rip Van Winkle. Hopsin is the next big thing in underground music: he first gained attention when his "Ill Mind" series went viral, with the most famous being is "Ill Mind of Hopsin 5". He also built his own indie label Funk Volune who brought you artists like Jarren Benton and SwizZz: and has also brought you the DFU0B contest series. Now let's get into the album.
The album starts off with Hot 16's literally with Hopsin murders a track. "Sag My Pants" was actually the first Hopsin track I've ever heard and gets doper every time I hear it- I love the Drake and Soulja Boy disses. "You Are My Enemy" Hopsin speaks on his former label, haters blogging, and his ex-girlfriend: I'll hate to be on the recieving end of those verses. "I Can't Decide" is a great story-telling track about America's troubled youth, I'll actually like to hear more tracks like that. "Nocturnal Rainbows" finds Hopsin rapping about his dissatisfaction with the music industry, government and life.
This album is an instant classic, easily 10/10. My favorite track is between Sag My Pants and I can't Decide. My favorite line is "Stuck behind the bars- you don't deserve bail." What's your favorite track? Comment below and let us know!
An album Review by Mr. 6 Wheels
Hip-Hop Society wanted to provide a proper spotlight for aspiring rappers, so HHS will now start reviewing your albums & mixtapes to help bring more exposure to your projects. The first album HHS will review will be by PFV. His new album goes by the name of Say Something Real. If you don't know who PFV is, let me move that rock that you're living under. PFV is the new voice of the underground out of Akron, Ohio. He already has a successful album under his belt called Bring It Back. PFV has thousands of downloads and he has also opened for artists such as Rittz, Hopsin and Twista just to name a few. He also has a single out with 'Hip-Hop Sinister' Hopsin called "Homicide" on iTunes. So now that you have an idea of PFV, or if you already knew him, let's dive into his latest album Say Something Real. I thought it was a well-put together album, as far as content and beat choice. My favorite track on the album is "Come To Me", which is a real track where PFV talks about how he's tired of doing favors for nothing in return. He mixes in a catchy flow & melody with his lyrics to have you paying attention the whole time. I was really feeling what PFV had to say on this track. But most of the album was equally good. This artist will be blowing up any day now! My favorite line on the album was "Put a knife in my back: I ain't make the cut" on "Praying For Salvation"... BARS!!!!! Overall, I give Say Something Real a 9 out of 10. I like the overall direction of the album but I also like to focus on lyrics and some of his bars were a little weak to me. Now that I'm done babbling, take a listen to it for yourself by clicking on the album cover above. There is also a music video included above for "Tuxes & Tattoos" which can also be found on Say Something Real. Stay tuned for the next #HHSReview which will be coming real soon! http://www.hip-hopsociety.com/apps/blog/show/43143559-hhsreview-say-something-real
